Please complete a ‘Matters for consideration’ box for each child attending our school next year. In the box, include your child’s name and current class.  A friendly reminder that the purpose of this survey is for parents to provide information that will assist staff to form classes for next year. This may include information about other students that your child does or does not work well with.  You may have beliefs about class groupings and structures that you wish to make known. You may wish to include information about family circumstances that should be considered. You also may like to describe the qualities in a teacher that suit your child. We do not accept requests for a specific teacher.

Class configurations may change depending on student numbers and classes are not finalised until after Day 8 2026.
